  • Biological Science: BIS 102, 103
  • Microbiology: MIC 102
  • Food Science: FST 100A, 100C, 101A, 101B, 103, 104, 104L, 110, 110L, 117, 127, and 190
Restricted Electives (18 units)
  • Required: 18 units minimum. May be chosen in consultation with a faculty advisor or from approved RE course list. All courses must be taken for a letter grade if you want to apply them to the Food Science major requirements.
