Drop-in Advising for Food Science

Virtual drop-in sessions are limited to 15 minutes. Student will be seen on a first-come, first-serve basis. No appointment necessary. If you would benefit from a longer conversation with a staff advisor, we encourage you to book a 30-minute appointment through the Advising Appointment System. In person meetings located inside the BFTV Advising Office in 1202 RMI South.

Advising Appointments

Current UCD Students: Go to the Advising Appointment System to schedule a meeting with the BFTV Advising Center and select Food Science. Please note that appointment slots fill up quickly during peak advising times (i.e. course registration, beginning of instruction, and the last week of instruction). Students should make their appointment 1-2 weeks early to reserve their spot. If appointments are full, consider joining us during weekly drop-in hours to have your questions answered. 

Prospective Students: To request a meeting with a staff advisor, contact the BFTV Advising Office at bftvadvising@ucdavis.edu. Please include your contact information, availability, and reason for meeting.
