A brochure on careers in Food Technology, from the Institute of Food Technologists. On page 2, there is a message from the President of IFT, who was Dr. LaVerne E. Clifton. He was president of IFT from 1955-1956, so it appears that this brochure was published then. The hard copy of the brochure was found in a box of items from a former faculty member.
