Research:
Zatil had performed lab rotation in Dr. Gail Bornhorst’s lab which focuses on food digestibility in Fall quarter 2019. She is currently doing lab rotation in Dr. Selina Wang’s lab. She will help analysis of micronutrients, particularly phenols, in grape pomace.
