Deborah Dihel, Ph.D.
Vice President, Innovation
Deb received her Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Cornell University, and her Ph.D. in Food Science from the University of California at Davis. She has 24 years of experience working in the food industry, and is currently Vice President, Innovation at Lamb Weston. She serves as an advisory board member at Washington State University Tri-Cities and University of California’s Department of Food Science and Technology. Deb and her husband enjoy WSU football, bringing a neglected small vineyard back to life, and home improvement projects.
