Amy Fletcher is the Manager for the California Processing Tomato Industry Pilot Plant in the August A. Busch III Brewing & Food Science Laboratory providing research, teaching, and external support.
Prior to joining UC Davis, Amy worked for the Clorox Company in the Research and Development organization. In her last role she worked in as Foods Process Developer supporting brands such as Hidden Valley Ranch, Nueva Cocina, and Soy Vay. Amy has a degree in Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
