Research:

Sydney is a third year student studying the metabolic impact iron deficiency has on key metabolic organs. Within this model of malnutrition, Sydney is looking into how influential the addition of antibiotics is on the metabolome using nuclear magnetic resonance.

Sydney aspires to use applications of analytical chemistry, such as nuclear magnetic resonance, as it relates to sensory and hedonic attributes of foods.

With her spare time, Sydney loves to garden, travel, bake, and explore new recipes with different culinary techniques.
