Bio

Tim has more than 25 years of experience in industrial (Nestlé, Driscoll's), research (Nestlé, Texas A&M University), regulatory (FDA, USDA, CFIA, international regulations), and compliance (HACCP, NOP, FSSC 22000, Global GAP and related GFSI standard) in food microbiology, food safety and factory and corporate Quality Management Systems. 

  • Functional leadership in food safety and quality for global markets, development and execution of business objectives in food safety, quality and hygiene, management of personnel and laboratory operations.
  • Development, harmonization and roll out of product safety standards and guidance, troubleshooting of operational food safety issues, assessment and management of food safety risks
  • National and international regulation in food microbiology and food safety including the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act and Safe Foods for Canadians Act.
