Vice President of Quality and Product, California Olive Ranch
Mary Mori is VP of Quality and Product at California Olive Ranch. In her 13+ years with COR, she has played an active role in various industry initiatives, taking the lead on defining olive oil standards, and promoting research in all facets of olive growing and producing. At California Olive Ranch she leads the quality, food safety, research, and product innovation departments. Her work spans the entire operation from farm to finished product and consumer insights. She oversees quality procurement for all ingredients and packaging. Additionally, she led the company to its first SQF audit and manages the implementation of all various certifications COR holds. Previously, Mary worked at Tulocay and Co, a co-packing operation in the Napa Valley area where she managed the quality and food safety programs. Mary received her BS in Food Science and Technology from UC Davis. Mary lives in Chico, CA with her husband, son, and twin daughters.
