Event Date
The 2024 International Symposium on Science and Culture of Alcoholic Beverages (2024 ISSCAB) will take place at the University of California, Davis, on November 4-5, 2024. The Symposium is co-organized by UC Davis and Jiangnan University in China, two leading institutions in viticulture and enology.
The Symposium provides an international platform for researchers, scientists, business managers, and industry practitioners to exchange ideas and share knowledge in the field of alcoholic beverages. The Symposium will start with registration on November 4 and have a full day of presentations on November 5.
Topics may include but are not limited to the following:
- Science of alcoholic beverage brewing
- Climate change and alcoholic beverage brewing
- Market and future trends of alcoholic beverages
- History and culture of alcoholic beverages
