Aidong Wang is interested in food and health. Her current research topic is about metabolic and gut microbial difference between exclusively breastfed infants and non-exclusively breastfed infants. She has utilized nuclear magnetic resonance method to analyze the metabolic profile of infant stool. Her research goal is to attain a better understanding of the impact of feeding practices on infant health.
