Hanna Lee has her academic background in Food Science and Nutritional Biology. She recently joined to the Food Science Graduate Group at UC Davis in 2014. Along with food and nutrition, her research interests extend to biomedical engineering; particularly in tissue engineering field, which includes micropatterned UV-crosslinkable hydrogel for cell-and drug-delivery for supporting tissue regeneration. During her PhD, She plans to study postprandial responses in relation to health and diseases with focus on metabolomics.
