Duties
Steve supervises the day-to-day operations of the Food Science Shop and Pilot Plant / Food Processing Laboratory. In addition, he provides consulting support to the design, fabrication and maintenance of equipment for research and teaching. He also provides services to support department faculty, student and staff, as well as customers from other departments and off campus who utilize the Pilot Plant / Food Processing Laboratory.
