Duties
Molly manages the Food Processing Laboratory/Pilot Plant facility in support of teaching, research, and outreach. She maintains the facility and equipment, as well as provides services to students, staff, faculty within the department, as well as other departments on campus and customers off campus who utilize the facility and its equipment and personnel within.
