Duties
Candace provides research, technical, and administrative support to the Professor of Malting and Brewing Sciences. In this capacity she maintains the two laboratories in the Malting and Brewing program, performs as chief brewer in the pilot brewing facility and provides support for departmental instructional activities, especially in the areas of malting and brewing sciences, food chemistry and food analysis.
