Outreach and short courses in the Food Science and Technology department include the following conferences, short courses, and other activities.
University of California, Davis, University Extension - The Food Processors Institute (FPI) offers basic and advanced HACCP courses through UC Davis Extension once per year in October or November. FPI instructors have a wealth of experience in HACCP training. The course is designed to meet the requirements of USDA, FDA Seafood and FDA Juice HACCP regulations and is applicable to any other type of food processing.
