Jerome Diaz

Jerome is a Fulbright student from the Philippines. His research focuses on pectin chemistry
as it relates to functionality and overall food quality in Diane Barrett's lab.

When not working on his pectins, Jerome enjoys cycling, kayaking, camping and horse
back riding among others. Jerome is also an avid photographer and wheel thrower.
